Welcome to AskJim, a beta technology support service operated by Crespo Ltd.("Crespo," "we," "us," or "our"). AskJim provides phone-based general technical and IT support through an AI-powered assistant (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Beta Service Notice
AskJim is currently offered as a free beta service. This means the Service:
- is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes only
- may contain errors, limitations, or interruptions
- may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time, with or without notice
We make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or outcomes during the beta period.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
- The Service is primarily intended for caregivers, family members, or trusted individuals assisting others with general technology-related matters.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Scope of the Service
AskJim provides general technical and IT support guidance only.
The Service does not provide:
- medical advice
- legal advice
- financial or investment advice
- emergency services
AskJim is not a substitute for professional services where such services are required.
4. How the Service Works
- Support is delivered through phone-based conversations with an AI assistant.
- Calls may be recorded and analyzed for quality assurance, training, and safety purposes.
- The Service provides guidance and information; results may vary based on user actions and external factors.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service or its technology
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. This includes situations where we believe, in our sole discretion, that a user is misbehaving or misusing the Service, for example by:
- using abusive, aggressive, or harassing language toward the Service or any human staff,

In such cases, we may immediately suspend or permanently revoke your access to the Service.

- Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed $0 USD, as the beta Service is provided free of charge.

You may stop using the Service at any time.
